15 grams chinese chives, cut into 1" length
250 grams peeled shrimps
1 piece fried fish cake, sliced

4-5 tbsp peanut oil
white pepper
1 tbsp oyster source
2 tbsp light soy source
1 tbsp dark soy source
1 tbsp Chili source or to taste
